Floor type
The 90% of the job nobody sees.
A finish floor is only as flat as what's under it. We prep every subfloor properly — DPMs, primers, latex smoothing and full liquid screeds — so the visible floor lasts.

§ 01 · Why choose it
Hair-hygrometer readings on every screed before we cover it.
Epoxy DPMs for concrete slabs over 3% moisture content.
Fibre-reinforced latex to ±2mm across the room.
18mm WBP ply on timber subfloors for LVT and thin-plank installs.
§ 02 · Portfolio
A few of our recent subfloor & screed projects across London, Surrey and Sussex.

§ 03 · Questions
The eye misses 3–5mm undulations that LVT and thin-plank floors show up. Latex guarantees a true plane.
Latex: 4–24 hrs. Liquid anhydrite screed: 1 day per mm depth to 40mm, then slower.
