Why do I need latex if the floor looks flat?+
The eye misses 3–5mm undulations that LVT and thin-plank floors show up. Latex guarantees a true plane.
How long before I can lay on top?+
Latex: 4–24 hrs. Liquid anhydrite screed: 1 day per mm depth to 40mm, then slower.
